De Leite Cuvee Soeur'ise is the result of maturing De Leite tripel in oak casks with fresh wild cherries for 6 months.

A fruity, strong ale with sour, funky character emerges, pouring a delicate pink colour. The flavour is initially tart, with the sweetness from the cherries building towards the finish.

Oaky flavours and a sour tang complement the fruity character nicely.
