Tonight Run Club returns and this month we're hosting the Tunbridge Wells Harriers again. Rumour has it they may even be buying the pints so if you've never been to run club before, tonight's the night!

 

Another date for your diary this week is the 2022 launch of Rivington Brew Co's "EVIL DEAD" series.

This year they've collaborated with 3 excellent breweries in Track Brew Co, Chain House and Pomona Island. 

Launching tomorrow, Friday 28th October at 5pm!

In case you missed it, BEAK made a welcome return at the end of last week both on our taps and in the fridges with 3 new beers and their ever popular DIPA Wool, originally brewed with Leeds' brewing powerhouse Northern Monk.

If you're a fan of Omnipollo, we've still a couple of bargains to pick up from them in our End of Summer Sale but joining them this week we've a new table beer Fatamorgana Folk - a low abv version of their Fatamorgana Double IPA - and an adjunct free Pastry Stout collab with Scotland's Newbarns.

Together they wanted to brew a luscious, thick stout based equally on Omnipollo's Wonka-esque pastry concoctions and Newbarns' Plain Dark Beer.

The result was pretty much an entire week of brewing to produce Complicated Dark Beer, a "zero-adjunct pastry stout" (they didn't even use brewers sugars!) with grown up, all malt confectionery flavours of chocolate, coffee, some licorice and rich dark fruits. Think black forest gateaux in 9.5% sauce form.

 

 

Cellar Head are back this week including Wonderland, whose fruity, juicy, hazy NEIPA goodness won them two stars in the 2022 Great Taste Awards.

This month's version of their Single Hop Pale uses Endeavour. A delightful cross between Cascade and a hedgerow hop, it offers complex, spicy notes of lemon, citrus and blackcurrant producing a well-rounded and fruity brew.
