This Septered Isle is born from the idea of doing something new with something old, this wine uses the seven traditional grape varieties of Champagne. These varieties are seldom found as a blend and are nearly unheard of for a still wine.
Complex and intriguing. Custard apple with hints of citrus and cream. Unctuous with a well-balanced acidity, citrus fruit abounds balanced out by a rich and developed finish.
