A delightful mixed bag of beery goodness hits the shop this week. We've a whole heap of Pressure Drop, some fresh beer in from locals Merakai, some excellent pale bitters from Mallinsons and hop-forward treats from Polly's as well as a good restock on our alcohol free range too.

RUN CLUB - A WINE SPECIAL!

Run Club returns this evening and in a first (that we know of!), it's WINE Run Club!

This month we're collaborating with GRAFT WINE COMPANY, the distributor for many of the fine wines we stock in-store and in the bars.

So as usual, we'll go for our 30 minute social run and then Nick from Graft (a marathon runner himself) will take us through a tasting of 3 of ours and his favourite wines. It's going to be ace.

We've picked up a lovely little range from Pressure Drop this week, a bit of everything for you this week - pale, wheat, lager and a sour!

Olly & Emma set up Merakai in 2020 in Framfield, East Sussex and since then we've been regularly enjoying their beers. This week we've plenty of fresh beers in from them, including their two latest Pales - one featuring all the Idaho 7 (maybe my favourite hop right now - Alex) and the second showcasing the best of NZ hops.

Mallinsons, based in Huddersfield, are one of the longer standing brewers of really rather excellent cask beer and a firm favourite over at the pubs. They do a particularly lovely single hop range of pales which we've bagged a couple of this week for you all.
